Mr. Dibakar Das is the Founder and Managing Partner of D and D Associates and a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across constitutional law, environmental law, taxation, financial laws, company law, and other commercial laws.
He regularly advises and represents clients in complex litigations and multi-jurisdictional disputes before various Courts and judicial forums across India. His multidisciplinary academic background—B.Com, M.Com, PG Diploma in International Business, LL.B, and LL.M (Environmental Law)—enables him to deliver solutions that are both legally robust and commercially viable.
In addition to his Indian practice, he is actively involved in matters relating to U.S. Corporate Law and international arbitration, with professional exposure in Singapore and Dubai, assisting clients on cross-border legal and regulatory issues.
Divyanshu Singh

Mr. Divyanshu Singh is a Founder and Managing Partner of D and D Associates and a practicing Chartered Accountant, having been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015.
He has extensive hands-on experience in accountancy, taxation, audit, and compliance advisory, with strong professional exposure in Income Tax, GST, Statutory and Tax Audits, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Company Law matters, Due Diligence, and Regulatory Compliances.
His practice spans assignments for manufacturing, trading, and service sector entities, as well as start-ups, professionals, and NGOs. In addition to domestic engagements, he is also involved in foreign accounting and offshore support services, providing accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance support to international clients and overseas CPA firms, particularly in US, UK, Canada, and Australia accounting environments.
